Neurok Optics Tradeshow Exhibit
Situation
Neurok Optics of McLean, VA is an industry leader developing and manufacturing 3-D monitors and projectors. Their products need no special 3-D glasses and don't disorient you or leave you dizzy. In preparation for the industry's largest trade show, Neurok Optics attained the services of BA Exhibits to provide a customized modular rental exhibit with graphics and provide help with logistics and show coordination.
The primary challenge for BA Exhibits was to create an environment that would entice a very diverse audience to personally view the Neurok Optics solutions and experience for themselves the advantages of viewing 3-D without special glasses. The audience was comprised of consumers, partners, distributors, investors, military representatives and security professionals. Additional objectives included demonstrating the different applications for government, entertainment, medical and science.
Action
- Developed a rental exhibit solution that satisfied the client's limited budget requirements
- Designed a booth layout that focused on providing easy access to their product demos
- Created graphics that were sleek, clean, modern and included images of target industries
- Created a theatre element in the 20'x20' version for launching a new projection system
- Developed a thematic approach that included a movie theatre with movie type posters, tickets, simulated marquee and entrance signs
- Provided logistics and show coordination
Results
- The booth caught the attention of all who passed by
- Attendees were able to easily and immediately view the products in action and then take action to satisfy their curiosity about the product
- The client collected more leads than they had expected, an increase of 200% more than the previous year!
